When God Made You
I'm many years past my childhood, but children's books still remain my favorite read. "When God Made You" is colorful, both in wording and art. The pages catch your attention, and the gentle rhyme of the story takes you on a wonderful journey. Perfect for any child (or grown up who will never grow up). We're never too old to hear that God made us special. Order here: https://www.christianbook.com/when-god-made-you/matthew-turner/9781601429186/pd/429186

Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson
I don't have enough words for this book. It reads like a fantastic legal thriller, until you realize that this is not fiction. I found myself angry one moment, and cheering the next. The pages take you on a wild ride through the lives of many who were unjustly convicted, even walking with the innocent on the way to the electric chair. I hope that this work motivates many to "feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and visit the prisoner". More information on how to buy the book, donate for the cause, or join the movement can be found at Bryan Stevenson's website bryanstevenson.com

Punderdome
I received Punderdome, and was very excited to give it a try. It looks like a fun game for the family. Unfortunately, my family didn't see my enthusiasm and none were interested in playing. I even pulled it out on another night when they had friends over, but still nobody opened the game. So, I can't give you an honest review, because the plastic is still on the package. I guess it was a "no go" with my older teen/young adult children.
